Part-Time Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy team through a Contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys helping customers with orders and service-related questions. The position focuses on delivering responsive phone support, handling order information accurately, and maintaining a detail-focused experience across inbound and outbound interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone with a courteous, solution-focused approach.
• Enter and update order details accurately while confirming information with customers.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide timely support for service and product-related questions.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify order information, or provide updates.
• Document customer interactions clearly and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
• Resolve routine service concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and correctly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is required.
• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound phone communication professionally.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.

Compensation

$20.00-$23.00 Hourly
