Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and provide day-to-day administrative support to staff members.
• Organize and maintain both digital and paper-based participant records while ensuring documentation meets program standards.
• Enter and update information in Yardi or comparable housing management software with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with administrative processing related to recertifications, interim updates, and routine written correspondence.
• Monitor reports, activity logs, and workflow trackers to help keep departmental tasks current and organized.
• Respond to inbound calls, greet visitors, and handle general receptionist and front-office support duties.
• Prepare, file, and distribute documents while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Support office operations by prioritizing multiple assignments and following established procedures consistently.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative support, office coordination, or receptionist role.• Background in affordable housing, property management, leasing services, or related program administration is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property or housing software is highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service abilities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Compensation
