Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate executive calendars, arrange meetings, and confirm logistics to ensure leadership priorities are managed efficiently.
• Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, internal departments, and external partners to support timely communication and alignment.
• Prepare meeting materials, capture key discussion points, and track follow-up actions to help maintain momentum on important initiatives.
• Organize and maintain project records, correspondence, and supporting documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and outstanding tasks, providing reminders and status updates to keep projects moving forward.
• Answer inbound calls, greet visitors when needed, and provide attentive front-office support in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform data entry and general administrative office duties to support daily operations and reporting needs.
• Assist with special projects and executive-level engagement efforts while reinforcing a collaborative and service-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role.• Strong ability to manage calendars, meetings, and multiple competing priorities with close attention to detail.
• Experience handling inbound calls, reception-related tasks, and clear correspondence.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with leadership, colleagues, and external contacts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on tasks, decisions, and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in an office setting and supporting strategic or executive-level initiatives.
Compensation
