Human Resources (HR) Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our client's team in a contract capacity with the potential to become permanent. This role will lead day-to-day recruiting activities, from identifying strong talent to guiding candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding steps. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing mindset, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of compliant recruiting practices in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate resumes and employment applications to identify candidates whose background aligns with open positions

• Coordinate interview scheduling and serve as a point of contact between applicants and hiring managers throughout the selection process

• Keep applicant tracking system records organized, accurate, and current to support efficient recruiting operations

• Create and manage job advertisements while contributing to efforts that strengthen the company’s employer presence in the market

• Prepare and extend employment offers and assist with pre-start activities, including onboarding coordination

• Apply company guidelines and employment law considerations to ensure recruiting activities are conducted appropriately

• Monitor recruiting performance indicators such as time-to-fill, pipeline movement, and source effectiveness to support staffing decisions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment

• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple openings

• Experience sourcing talent and building candidate pipelines through various recruitment channels

• Ability to conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications effectively

• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems to manage recruiting workflows and documentation

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across candidates and hiring teams

• Knowledge of standard recruiting compliance practices and employment-related guidelines

$25.00-$27.50 Hourly
