Recruiter

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Recruiter to join their team! This person will responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent across professional, technical, manufacturing, and operational positions. Working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the recruiter develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines, coordinates interviewing activities, and ensures efficient and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the manufacturing industry, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing full cycle recruiting

• Strong background in candidate sourcing and pipeline development

• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail

• Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems, Workday experience is required.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to organize multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
