Marketing Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support day-to-day marketing operations through coordination, communication, and administrative execution. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Role: Marketing Coordinator

Role type: W2 Hourly

Location: Spokane, WA | 100% Onsite

Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend

Hours per week: 40

Pre-start requirements: Background check

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing team
• Coordinate vendors, production services, supplies, and marketing materials
• Manage invoices, purchase requests, billing, and advertising agreements
• Maintain organized records, reports, files, and audit documentation
• Support tradeshow, branch merchandising, and client entertainment initiatives
• Manage multiple priorities and confidential matters with accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project details
• Ability to independently identify, communicate, and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables
• Understanding of creative teams, projects, workflows, and deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with working knowledge of project management practices
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and travel periodically to company locations
