Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Gardena, California. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on supporting clients, expanding account activity, and helping drive consistent sales performance through proactive outreach and service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term account growth.

• Reach out to prospective and existing clients to uncover purchasing needs, present product solutions, and generate new sales opportunities.

• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow through on customer inquiries to ensure a smooth sales cycle from initial contact to completion.

• Monitor account activity and sales trends to identify ways to increase order volume and overall revenue.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product availability, pricing details, and timely delivery expectations for customers.

• Track sales progress against goals and contribute to strategies that support annual sales performance.

• Provide responsive service to retail buying contacts and other customers by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer sales support, or a related sales-focused role.

• Demonstrated ability to grow sales, manage customer accounts, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

• Experience working with retail buying teams or supporting customers in a product-driven sales environment is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Organized approach to managing multiple priorities, follow-ups, and order-related details.

• Comfortable working toward sales targets and contributing to annual revenue goals.

• Comfortable working in excel.
