Remote Complex Litigation Associate
Are you looking to transition out of personal injury or insurance defense and get into more sophisticated litigation? Our client is looking for a REMOTE California-barred attorney to join its complex fraud litigation practice!
Role:
- The associate will work with a team of 2 partners, 1 other associate, and at least 1 paralegal.
- The team usually handles anywhere from 2 to 4 cases at any given time.
- The associate will get to know the entire case, as it is a team approach, and will handle research, law & motion, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Yearly Billable Requirement: 1850 hours

Requirements:

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 2+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California-licensed Attorney
