Division Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with regional, district, and branch leadership to improve financial and operational performance across the assigned area.
• Deliver financial training, guidance, and practical resources that help field managers apply sound business practices in daily operations.
• Review existing controls and workflows, and recommend process or system improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and results.
• Interpret financial performance by examining trends in pricing, utilization, revenue, margin, and asset mix to identify key business drivers.
• Build and assess financial models, including cash flow and value-based analyses, to support planning and strategic business decisions.
• Partner with field management to uncover performance gaps, evaluate business risks, and develop corrective actions that support target outcomes.
• Lead the regional monthly forecast and annual planning cycle, while reviewing district and branch submissions for quality, consistency, and alignment.
• Monitor progress against business initiatives and strategic goals, and provide leadership with clear reporting on results and trends.
• Prepare concise analyses, presentation materials, and recommendations to support management review and decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required.• Approximately 5 or more years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial processes.
• Experience producing financial reports and analyzing business performance metrics.
• Knowledge of cash flow forecasting and financial modeling techniques.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to operational and leadership teams.
• Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
Compensation
