Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a detail-oriented, customer-focused team. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in an on-site office setting, and brings a friendly, experienced approach to daily interactions. The role supports internal sales and service efforts by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness throughout the workday.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails with timely, courteous, and solution-oriented service.
• Enter customer orders accurately and verify details to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
• Support inside customer service activities by providing product and service information to clients.
• Handle a mix of inbound and occasional outbound communication to address questions, updates, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, order activity, and service requests within internal systems.
• Work closely with team members to resolve issues efficiently and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Demonstrate a high standard of conduct in all interactions while contributing to a positive and efficient office environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar office-based role.
• Comfortable managing inbound calls and communicating clearly with customers by phone and email.
• Experience with order entry and strong attention to detail when handling customer information.
• Detail-oriented demeanor with a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work on site in Burlington, Massachusetts during standard business hours.
• Basic office experience and confidence using common workplace systems and tools.
• Interest in long-term growth, including potential future development into a sales-focused position.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
