Administrative Business Partner
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain office files, mailing records, inventory logs, and database entries to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
• Prepare, duplicate, categorize, and archive business documents related to operational and office activities.
• Examine records and supporting documentation to locate needed details and provide responses to routine internal requests.
• Address standard questions or concerns from colleagues, clients, and supervisors in a thorough and service-oriented manner.
• Communicate information clearly to internal teams using written instructions, brief correspondence, and verbal updates.
• Follow established workflows and administrative procedures to complete recurring tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Resolve straightforward administrative issues by applying existing guidelines and escalating more complex matters when needed.
• Produce dependable day-to-day support under close direction while meeting defined quality and timing expectations.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting administrative operations in an office or business environment.• Strong ability to manage records, filing systems, and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret routine instructions, business correspondence, and office documentation.
• Comfort handling standard inquiries and responding professionally to common workplace issues.
• Working knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, HR policy, or performance management is preferred.
• Ability to follow structured procedures, prioritize assigned tasks, and work effectively with supervision.
Compensation
