Sr. Financial Analyst

Compensation: $100 to $110 Yearly

We are looking for a strategic Sr. Financial Analyst to support revenue planning and performance reporting for a growing organization in Dallas, Texas. This role will partner with finance and operational leaders to translate complex financial data into clear business insights that guide planning, forecasting, and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, advanced modeling capability, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Build and refine revenue models that support annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial planning across multiple business areas.
• Track revenue performance indicators and interpret business trends, delivering meaningful variance analysis and timely updates to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess financial plans and operating assumptions, helping teams understand implications and key business drivers.
• Evaluate revenue-related risks and upside potential, and recommend actions to improve performance and planning accuracy.
• Contribute to recurring weekly reporting that summarizes operational results, forecast movements, and business outlook across divisions.
• Collaborate with finance leaders and business partners to provide analytical support for strategic decisions while meeting established reporting deadlines.
• Develop presentation materials and financial summaries for recurring business reviews, forecast discussions, and leadership meetings.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and present concise, actionable conclusions to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial analysis within a corporate finance, FP& A, or related environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to develop revenue-focused planning tools and analytical frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis and interpreting financial results against budget, forecast, and prior performance.
• Ability to perform ad hoc analysis, synthesize findings quickly, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience using data mining and analytical techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to business leaders and senior management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support recurring reporting cycles under tight deadlines.

Compensation

$100,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
