Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support customer return and post-sale service activities for motorcycle parts and related products in Atlanta, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position focuses on delivering accurate, timely assistance to customers, dealers, and internal partners while helping maintain a smooth returns process. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling order support, documentation review, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer return, exchange, and warranty requests with accuracy and prompt follow-through.
• Review return authorizations and supporting documents, then update order details and case records in the appropriate systems.
• Provide clear communication to customers, dealers, and internal teams regarding return progress, policy guidance, and expected resolution timing.
• Partner with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams to monitor the movement and status of returned motorcycle parts, accessories, and related items.
• Support the sales team by assisting with order-related questions, account maintenance, and follow-up tied to return issues.
• Maintain complete and accurate records for credits, replacements, returns, and other related transactions.
• Investigate mismatches or irregularities involving returned merchandise and escalate concerns when resolution requires additional review.
• Contribute to reporting on return volume, recurring issues, and service trends to support ongoing process improvement.
• Follow established company standards, return procedures, and service expectations in all customer interactions and transaction handling.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting sales operations, customer service, or return processing in a fast-paced business setting.
• Working knowledge of inside sales, direct sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or related sales support functions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation and maintain accurate transactional records.
• Effective communication skills for working with customers, dealers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and follow issues through to completion.
• Comfortable identifying discrepancies, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex matters when needed.
• Proficiency with order tracking, account updates, and basic reporting within business systems.

Compensation

$19.95-$23.10 Hourly
