Senior Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring daily activities and priorities stay organized and on track.
• Oversee complex scheduling needs by arranging meetings, resolving calendar conflicts, and confirming all logistical details.
• Develop and assemble agendas, presentation materials, and meeting summaries to support productive executive discussions.
• Coordinate business travel plans when needed, including itineraries, reservations, and related arrangements.
• Serve as a detail-oriented point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners, maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Manage sensitive business information with sound judgment and strict confidentiality.
• Support light project-related coordination and respond to additional administrative requests as priorities shift.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience providing direct support to executives or senior-level leadership teams.• Strong ability to manage time effectively, organize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to stakeholder interactions.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information and executive matters.
• Proficiency with common office applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Availability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment.
Compensation
