Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives with a focus on software development, Agile delivery, and ITIL-based service management. This role will oversee project planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure technology solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT projects involving application development, system enhancements, and technology implementations
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
• Partner with developers, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and vendors to drive successful delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Apply ITIL best practices to support incident, change, problem, and service delivery processes
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented and translated into actionable project plans
• Identify dependencies, remove blockers, and promote continuous improvement across teams
• Support quality assurance, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Drive alignment between technical teams and business goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience managing software development or application delivery projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience working within or alongside ITIL-based environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus
