About the Role
The Corporate Soul Coordinator is a key member of our Human Resources team, providing hands-on support across HR operations, HR Business Partner functions, benefits, and HR technology. Youll help ensure the processes behind the Crewmember experience are accurate, compliant, organized, and executed consistently.
Youll support Crewmembers from onboarding through separation, maintain critical employee records, assist with benefits and compliance activities, and help troubleshoot everyday HR questions. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of the details, and wants exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources.
This is an in-office position based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX. Applicants must reside in the DFW Metroplex at the time of application in order to be considered, as relocation is not available for this role.
A Day in the Life
In this role, youll:
- Coordinate and launch new-hire onboarding activities and ensure required employment documentation is collected and processed on time.
- Complete I-9 verification and reverification in accordance with federal requirements.
- Maintain Crewmember records and documentation following orientation and throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate administrative processes for voluntary and involuntary separations, including supporting the recovery of company-issued equipment and access credentials.
- Respond to initial unemployment inquiries from state agencies and route matters appropriately.
- Assist with documentation related to employee investigations, corrective actions, and other employee relations matters.
- Support workers compensation case administration and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic personnel records by uploading, filing, and updating documents within the HRIS.
- Assist with legal documentation and HR-related compliance activities.
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the Corporate Soul inbox and Workday, resolving routine questions and routing more complex matters to the appropriate HR partner.
- Support administration of Crewmember benefits programs and wellness initiatives.
- Track intermittent leave and support the Tuition Reimbursement Program.
- Provide administrative and Crewmember support during Annual Open Enrollment.
- Review HR transactions and employee data for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct periodic audits of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain HR metrics and reporting, including exit interview trends and workforce analytics.

Troubleshoot basic Workday questions and partner with HR Technology on escalated system issues.

Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Employee Relations support, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, programs, and employment laws necessary to support a high-volume HR environment.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Associate degree or higher.
- Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS.
- aPHR or PHR certification.

Additional Information
This role involves intermittent physical activity, including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of sitting, and requires the ability to occasionally lift 520 pounds. May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Compensation Range:
