About the Role

The Corporate Operations Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Corporate Operations team. This role is responsible for company-wide reporting, sales support activities, order and inventory corrections, operational audits, data analysis, and special projects. The successful candidate will work closely with branch personnel, sales teams, and corporate operations to help ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.


What You'll Do

  • Prepare, review, and distribute daily operational reports.
  • Analyze operational, inventory, and sales-related data and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Perform branch activity reviews and assist with operational audits.
  • Support the sales organization by researching order issues, providing reporting, and assisting with customer service requests.
  • Review and process order corrections, pricing discrepancies, inventory adjustments, and memo account reconciliations.
  • Monitor aging reports and exception reports, coordinating with sales and branch teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain operational records
  • Conduct site visits to support operational initiatives, audits, and process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure timely issue resolution and effective communication.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives assigned by management.
  • Assist with training and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.


What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Qualifications

High-school diploma, Associate's degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. In lieu of a college degree, administrative or operations experience is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of administrative, operations, customer service, or business support experience.
  • Experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Experience working within ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong data entry and data validation skills.

Professional Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
