  • Shape product capabilities that support resilience, including fallback paths, failover routines, continuity expectations, human-in-the-loop escalation, exception handling, and business continuity when agents, models, tools, or knowledge sources are unavailable or degraded.
  • Lead decisions on model suitability and routing strategy by balancing task complexity, quality expectations, latency, cost, risk, reasoning requirements, and approved model usage.
  • Maintain visibility into token usage, model consumption, cost trends, capacity demand, agent utilization, and workflow performance at the agent, workflow, business area, and portfolio level.
  • Translate token, cost, latency, quality, risk, usage, adoption, and performance data into product recommendations, roadmap trade-offs, capacity decisions, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Serve as a senior product partner to technology and delivery teams, enabling sequencing, dependency management, delivery readiness, launch readiness, change adoption, and ongoing product performance improvement.
  • Represent Agentic Operations in governance forums, portfolio planning, risk reviews, operating routines, and senior leadership discussions.
  • Influence cross-functional partners without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around product priorities, risk decisions, delivery sequencing, roadmap trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead through ambiguity by establishing product structure, decision frameworks, operating standards, and practical solutions for emerging agentic AI capabilities in a regulated financial services environment.
