- Responsible for circulating library materials on the computer system
- Must assist students, faculty, and staff on the telephone and in person
- Must answer incoming telephone calls providing information regarding library services and resources and direct reference questions to the Reference Librarians
- Must staff the Public Services desk
- Must assist patrons with printers and computers
