Brooks Instrument (www.brooksinstrument.com), an industry leader in flow and pressure instrumentation for critical applications, is seeking candidates for an Inside Sales Account Manager position that will be based at the company headquarters in Hatfield, Pennsylvania (suburban Philadelphia). Basic Function

Provide sales support for Brooks’ global account managers, regional managers, and distributors. Management of OEM Integrators in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with the global sales team to prepare monthly rolling 12-month bookings forecast for operations and bookings review presentation

  • Working with planning, prepare 12-month projected sales outlook (actual shipments + projected shippable bookings) by strategic accounts and regions

  • WW Trade Sales Report - monthly review of BDW reported sales by Rep and Strategic Account for coding accuracy, highlighting changes needed for final approval and submission to Finance

  • Prepare monthly global sales report using submissions from global sales team and distribute

  • Host monthly Opportunities review meetings with North America/Europe and Asia Sales Teams

  • Day to day management of the Semiconductor OEMs Integrators

  • Manage Integrator Kanban programs, with quarterly review. Make recommendations on changes to bin quantities/part numbers

  • Work with Planning, Operations and Lam account management to support Lam bi-weekly supply chain meetings

  • Quarterly Organic Growth reporting to Finance

  • Manage Master Semi Discount Schedule file

  • Support sales department efficiency improvement initiatives.

  • Provide support between field sales, customer service, planning and operations as needed

  • Support outside sales personnel with individual account reports, quotes, credit RMA’s, product cross references, pricing resolution and general inquiries

  • Report Distributor Bookings monthly and report Distributor Sales quarterly.

  • Assist planning with order prioritization and allocation as required.

Education and Experience

  • A technical background and a minimum of four (4) years’ experience working within a technical sales organization is preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel is required. Experience with Power BI and Salesforce would be an advantage

  • Strong Customer Service skills is required.
