Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to play a key role in supporting a growing organization through a critical ERP transition and business integration. This isn't just a customer service position. It's an opportunity to bring valuable expertise, make an immediate impact, and help ensure seamless operations as the company transitions from QAD to SAP S/4HANA. Your knowledge and support will be instrumental in keeping customers happy, orders moving, and business running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer support and order status updates.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and data within ERP systems.
• Help preserve critical QAD knowledge during an important system transition.
• Partner with internal teams to solve problems and keep operations moving.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly matter.

Qualifications:

• Customer service and order processing experience.
• QAD ERP experience strongly preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
