Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meeting logistics, internal events, and leadership schedules to ensure day-to-day activities run efficiently.
• Manage office inventory by purchasing and replenishing supplies while maintaining an orderly workplace.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for outside vendors and help oversee service-related communication and follow-up.
• Arrange employee meetings and provide administrative support to leaders across the site.
• Assist with planning and hosting customer visits, helping create a welcoming and well-organized experience.
• Handle front desk or office-based support duties, including reception coverage and general administrative needs.
• Support miscellaneous office tasks such as meal pickup, special requests, and other site needs as they arise.
• Travel occasionally between nearby company buildings to provide coverage and coordination across both locations.
• Contribute to location-level administrative processes, including light support for accounts payable or related office documentation when needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an office management, administrative support, or similar business support role.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting needs throughout the day.
• Clear and detail-oriented communication skills, with confidence interacting with employees, leaders, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work fully onsite and provide support across two nearby facilities.
• Access to a vehicle for occasional travel between local company buildings.
• Proficiency with general office tasks such as supply ordering, receptionist coverage, scheduling, and coordination.
• Comfortable stepping into a variety of responsibilities and providing dependable support wherever needed.
Compensation
