Robert Half is looking for an Finance Supervisor to work for a local manufacturing company in Waunakee, WI. This hybrid position oversees financial reporting, supports budgeting and forecasting, and helps maintain compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, experience managing audits, and the ability to partner across teams on payroll, tax, and insurance-related financial matters.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review recurring financial statements and management reports for both internal stakeholders and external reporting needs.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance review processes to provide clear insight into business performance and financial trends.

• Analyze financial results and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.

• Coordinate the annual external audit by organizing documentation, responding to auditor requests, and helping ensure timely completion.

• Monitor finance-related compliance obligations and support adherence to applicable government and corporate standards.

• Administer insurance-related financial activities, including recordkeeping, reporting support, and coordination with internal and external partners.

• Assist with tax and payroll processes by providing accurate financial data, reconciliations, and reporting support.

• Collaborate with operational and leadership teams to improve financial planning processes and strengthen overall reporting accuracy.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or Finance

• 7-10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, or a related leadership role.

• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance interpretation.

• Experience preparing financial reports and supporting both internal and external reporting requirements.

• Knowledge of annual audit coordination and the ability to work effectively with external auditors.

• Familiarity with finance compliance requirements within a corporate or manufacturing environment.

• Working knowledge of tax and payroll support processes.

• Proficiency in managing multiple deadlines, prioritizing work, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to cross-functional stakeholders.


Compensation

$90,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
