Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly, attentive approach and direct them to the appropriate offices or meeting areas.
• Manage front desk activity by answering incoming calls, responding to routine inquiries, and ensuring messages are routed accurately.
• Distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the correct offices in a timely manner.
• Maintain shared spaces by monitoring supplies, restocking essential items, and keeping the reception and common areas neat.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance that helps customers and on-site teams operate smoothly.
• Track and address routine service or client concerns, taking ownership of issues and following through on resolution.
• Support general reception coverage by coordinating schedules, handling check-ins, and assisting with basic office requests as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of customer service, reception, concierge, or front desk experience in a detail-focused setting.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and guests.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while maintaining accuracy and a high level of service.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and working with a multi-line phone system or switchboard.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software tools.
• Dependable problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a detail-focused, positive attitude throughout the workday.
Compensation
