Associate Attorney
Our client a boutique transactional law firm is currently seeking Associate Attorney to join a growing litigation team serving clients in Bucks County, PA and Princeton, New Jersey. This position is suited for a lawyer who brings solid commercial litigation experience and is ready to take ownership of substantive matters while working closely with clients and senior counsel. The role offers exposure to complex disputes involving banking, finance, and business-related issues within a collaborative legal environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead commercial dispute matters through each stage of the case lifecycle, from early assessment and filings to resolution or trial preparation.
• Advocate for banks, lenders, companies, and other organizational clients in contested business and financial services matters.
• Prepare and refine a broad range of litigation documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery materials, and settlement documentation.
• Analyze statutes, regulations, contracts, and precedent to shape case strategy and support legal arguments.
• Oversee discovery efforts by coordinating document review, managing productions, preparing for depositions, and addressing discovery conflicts.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings to advance client interests and support case outcomes.
• Partner with clients and firm leadership to evaluate exposure, identify practical options, and recommend effective litigation approaches.
• Balance multiple active cases and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a high standard of legal work.
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania and current good standing.
• At least 4 years of experience in litigation, ideally with exposure to banking, finance, creditors’ rights, contract disputes, or related business matters.
• Demonstrated strength in legal writing, research, analysis, and courtroom or hearing advocacy.
• Ability to manage substantive assignments independently while working effectively with partners and fellow attorneys.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail in a deadline-driven practice environment.
• Clear communication skills and a client-focused approach to legal service.
Compensation
