HRIS Coordinator

We are looking for an HRIS Coordinator to support a contract assignment in Chattanooga, Tennessee within the healthcare industry. This Contract position will focus on reviewing a high volume of job descriptions, refining content for clarity and consistency, and preparing documentation for accurate entry into Workday. The ideal candidate brings strong HRIS knowledge, sharp attention to detail, and experience improving job-related content in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review a large inventory of job descriptions to verify minimum qualifications, accuracy, and consistency before system entry.
• Rewrite and reorganize role documentation so content is clear, thorough, and aligned with formatting standards.
• Use AI-supported tools to enhance job description language while preserving essential role requirements and business intent.
• Prepare and standardize documentation for upload and maintenance within the Workday HRIS environment.
• Partner with project stakeholders to resolve content gaps, clarify position details, and maintain progress against deadlines.
• Track assigned workloads and ensure deliverables are completed within the expected 30-day project timeline.
• Support HRIS implementation activities related to job content preparation, validation, and formatting quality control.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working with HRIS platforms, HR documentation, or closely related coordination work.
• Hands-on familiarity with Workday HRIS and an understanding of how job data is structured within HR systems.
• Demonstrated experience revising, editing, or reformatting job descriptions for consistency and readability.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate minimum qualifications and identify content discrepancies.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
• Clear written communication skills and confidence working with structured content and standardized templates.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementation or data preparation projects is preferred.

Compensation

$33.25-$38.50 Hourly
