Copywriter

We are looking for an experienced Group Copy Supervisor to support a high-visibility pharmaceutical brand within a leading healthcare marketing environment. This 3 month opportunity can be done remotely and is well suited for someone who can contribute quickly, work independently, and maintain quality in a fast-moving agency setting. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare promotional writing expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage deliverables across demanding timelines, including evening support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive promotional content for healthcare audiences across a range of pharmaceutical marketing materials and channels.

• Shape brand messaging and campaign concepts that align creative direction with strategic and medical objectives.

• Write, revise, and refine copy for digital, email, and broader omnichannel initiatives while maintaining consistency in tone and positioning.

• Partner closely with art, account, strategy, and medical colleagues to deliver integrated creative solutions for complex brand needs.

• Prepare copy for review cycles by incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and supporting regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and compressed project timelines.

• Contribute during evening coverage periods and provide additional support on weekends when project demands require it.

Qualifications:

• Extensive pharmaceutical advertising experience
• Strong HCP (Healthcare Professional) promotional expertise
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience leading concept development, messaging strategy, and regulatory review processes
• Mental health, antipsychotic, or schizophrenia brand experience highly preferred
