Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for District Office operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Enter, update, and maintain records in internal databases and student information systems, including Aeries and CalPADS.
• Assist with absence tracking and related documentation while keeping files current and organized.
• Record and monitor required information in designated logging systems to support office compliance and reporting needs.
• Coordinate volunteer clearance activities by reviewing documents, processing submissions, and following established procedures.
• Answer inbound calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct visitors or requests to the appropriate department.
• Perform reception and general office support duties such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing administrative support in an office environment.• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage inbound calls and deliver courteous, attentive customer service.
• Familiarity with receptionist and front-desk responsibilities.
• Proficiency in standard administrative office practices, including recordkeeping and document organization.
• Ability to learn and work within systems such as Aeries and CalPADS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation
