Sales Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support business growth through data analysis, reporting, and actionable sales insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate sales data into meaningful recommendations for leadership.

• Analyze sales performance, trends, forecasts, and pipeline data
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for sales leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, territory performance, and revenue growth
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to support strategic decision-making
• Clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on KPIs, customer activity, and sales results
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data and business analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required
• Experience with data analysis, data cleansing, and visualization tools is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of sales reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
