Commercial Operations Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Manage recurring incentive compensation activities by preparing data, validating inputs, calculating results, and addressing questions or discrepancies.
• Oversee key compensation plan data such as participant eligibility, quotas, rates, thresholds, and supporting records to ensure reliable processing.
• Administer the expense management platform and related workflows, including user access, policy settings, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Review expense activity and corporate card transactions for compliance, reimbursement accuracy, spending patterns, and exception handling.
• Coordinate fleet program administration, including vehicle assignments, maintenance tracking, registrations, transfers, returns, and vendor follow-up.
• Analyze operational data across compensation, expenses, and fleet activities to identify trends, risks, variances, and improvement opportunities for leadership.
• Prepare recurring reports and summaries that provide management with clear visibility into performance metrics, cost drivers, and operational exceptions.
• Maintain process documentation, control checklists, and operating calendars to support consistent and timely execution.
• Lead process improvement efforts from initial assessment through implementation, including gathering requirements, testing updates, and monitoring outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Proven ability to manage detail-heavy operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.• Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for reporting, validation, and trend analysis.
• Experience supporting administrative or operational workflows related to compensation, expense programs, fleet services, or similar business functions.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of expense management, accounts payable, invoice handling, or account resolution processes is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate controls, identify risks, and recommend practical process improvements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
