Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the property management office, ensuring documents, schedules, and office activities remain organized and up to date.
• Welcome visitors and serve as a reliable first point of contact for residents, vendors, and other community stakeholders.
• Answer inbound phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records, databases, and correspondence with a high level of attention to detail.
• Support front desk and receptionist functions, including handling incoming communications and assisting with general office coordination.
• Assist with preparing, filing, and tracking administrative documents related to property management operations.
• Coordinate with internal staff to help ensure requests, follow-ups, and office priorities are addressed efficiently.
• Learn office procedures and systems quickly to provide dependable support across a range of administrative needs.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence when interacting with the public.
• Experience answering inbound calls and handling front-office responsibilities in a courteous manner.
• Proficiency in data entry and general administrative office tasks.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new processes, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in property management, condominium management, or HOA support is preferred but not required.
Compensation
