Property Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct daily property operations, including resident relations, occupancy oversight, and coordination of on-site activities.
• Manage leasing and tenancy administration by preparing documentation, monitoring renewals, and supporting move-in and move-out processes.
• Ensure the property remains compliant with HUD and tax credit program standards through accurate records, file reviews, and policy adherence.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and basic financial tracking while helping maintain stable property performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor activities to support safe, clean, and well-functioning residential or mixed-use spaces.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely, thorough manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify property needs, support quality standards, and address risk areas.
• Prepare reports and maintain complete administrative documentation related to occupancy, compliance, and property activity.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.• Proven background working with HUD-regulated housing and tax credit properties.
• Experience supporting residential property operations; commercial property exposure is a plus.
• Working knowledge of leasing practices, resident documentation, and compliance file management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a contract environment.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for working with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor operational details, maintain accurate records, and follow established regulatory requirements.
Compensation
