Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative support for program operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and general office follow-up.
• Assist with prospective student outreach and enrollment-related activities, helping create a positive and organized experience for applicants.
• Provide day-to-day support to faculty by managing requests, preparing materials, and helping address administrative needs.
• Work with internal departments to submit and track purchasing items, paperwork, and related approvals.
• Organize recurring meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure participants have the information and materials they need.
• Process personnel-related documentation and review timekeeping records for timely submission and approval.
• Collaborate with admissions, outreach, and technology team members to support coordinated program efforts.
• Help arrange campus visits, tours, and program events while managing logistics and communication with attendees.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role.• Ability to manage inbound calls, respond effectively to inquiries, and direct requests appropriately.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Comfortable handling reception-style responsibilities and interacting with students, faculty, and staff.
• Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a detail-focused setting.
Compensation
