Member Services Representative

Our client in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking a Member Services Representative for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service. The Member Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for members, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to member inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, accounts, and general member support
• Resolve member concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
• Maintain and update member records with a high level of accuracy
• Process forms, applications, and service-related documentation
• Support internal departments with administrative and customer service functions
• Track and document member interactions and follow-up activities
• Ensure a positive member experience through responsive and solution-oriented service

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service, member services, call center, or administrative support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
