IT Service Delivery Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Act as the main IT liaison for branch teams, providing responsive support and building confidence with local managers and staff.
• Oversee third-party technology partners and network service providers, ensuring commitments are met and service issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop productive working relationships across branch locations to understand operational needs and identify risks early.
• Coordinate deskside and remote support activities for hardware, Windows 10 environments, and everyday technical issues affecting end users.
• Track incidents and follow through on open items to ensure problems are fully addressed and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance, escalate concerns when needed, and promote accountability for service delivery outcomes.
• Support user access and account-related tasks within Active Directory while maintaining accurate records and appropriate controls.
• Visit branch locations as needed to troubleshoot issues, strengthen partnerships, and provide hands-on assistance.
• Help identify recurring technology problems and recommend practical improvements that enhance branch support experiences.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing IT support in a user-facing environment with a strong focus on service delivery and follow-up.• Working knowledge of Active Directory, including basic account and access administration.
• Hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve computer hardware, Windows 10, and general desktop support issues.
• Comfortable managing vendor relationships and coordinating with outside service providers to meet support expectations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility across multiple branch or field locations.
• Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize issues effectively, and address problems proactively.
• Willingness and ability to travel to branch sites as business needs require.
Compensation
