Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy postal services team. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced service environment alongside a larger support team. The role offers a casual workplace setting and provides access to medical benefits as well as paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with service-related questions, requests, and general support in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Provide clear information about postal service offerings, procedures, and next steps to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Handle a steady volume of interactions while maintaining accuracy, patience, and attention to detail.

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve concerns and keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Review internal training materials and job-related resources before and during the assignment to stay prepared for the role.

• Document customer interactions and follow established processes for service follow-up and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience or strong transferable experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of customers.
• Comfortable working in a team environment with multiple representatives performing similar duties.
• Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to follow workplace expectations in a casual office environment.

Compensation

$21.85-$25.30 Hourly
