Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in Metro East St. Louis seeking a full-time Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will also work with other executives and must be able to work in a team environment with a high attention to detail/organization along with possessing good communication/leadership skills to manage and develop the finance department. 

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Responsibilities:

·        Lead FP& A activities, including financial reporting, executive presentations, and performance analysis to support business objectives

·        Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and variances against budget and forecast, providing actionable recommendations to leadership

·        Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and financial modeling to support growth initiatives and strategic planning

·        Evaluate cost improvement opportunities, capital investments, and business initiatives to maximize profitability and return on investment

·        Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term business planning

·        Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team

 

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Minimum Qualifications: 

·        Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

·        10+ years of FP& A experience in manufacturing

·        Intermediate Excel skills with OneStream and Hyperion
