Supply Chain Planner
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage supply plans that align customer demand with production capability, inventory targets, and service objectives across the network.
• Develop coordinated production schedules for multiple manufacturing sites and adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Work closely with plant teams and production schedulers to ensure planned output is realistic, achievable, and aligned with operational needs.
• Review capacity, labor availability, raw material supply, and transportation limitations to make informed planning decisions.
• Track execution against plan, investigate variances, and recommend actions to improve schedule adherence and delivery reliability.
• Identify potential supply interruptions early and create mitigation strategies to reduce impact on customers and business performance.
• Support decision-making during constrained supply situations by helping determine the most effective allocation of available capacity and materials.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate constraints, operational disruptions, maintenance impacts, and recovery plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and broader business transformation efforts, including network optimization and planning process enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Experience in supply chain planning, production planning, logistics, or a related operations-focused role.• Working knowledge of manufacturing environments and the factors that influence production flow, inventory, and fulfillment performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear action plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, procurement, transportation, sales, and customer service teams.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with supply chain management concepts such as capacity planning, material constraints, inventory balancing, and order fulfillment.
• Effective communication skills for sharing risks, priorities, and recovery actions with cross-functional stakeholders.
