Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, provide accurate information, and resolve routine questions or concerns.
• Place outbound calls to follow up on customer needs, confirm details, and support service-related activities.
• Manage email communications by answering inquiries, documenting updates, and directing issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Enter customer information, service details, and order data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Process order-related requests and verify records to help maintain smooth and timely customer support operations.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments while confirming availability and updating calendars or system records.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare, track, and maintain customer service documentation and reports.
• Support call center operations by maintaining organized records and assisting with process updates or workflow changes as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment is preferred; entry-level candidates will also be considered.• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and detail-focused tone.
• Strong written communication skills with experience managing customer correspondence through email.
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail when updating customer, appointment, and order information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for basic documentation and tracking tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
Compensation
