Sr. Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer hardware orders from intake through completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing across multiple request channels.
• Create pricing documents, issue invoices, and update recurring billing details to maintain accurate customer account records.
• Monitor outstanding payments, assist with collection follow-up, and partner with accounting teams to resolve invoice-related questions.
• Produce and maintain inventory reports, stock status updates, and other operational records used for customer support and planning.
• Coordinate provisioning, account setup, service activations, and fulfillment tasks with internal departments to support successful delivery.
• Communicate shipping progress, tracking details, and order status updates to customers and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Maintain organized trackers, documentation, and support records to improve visibility and operational accuracy.
• Participate in regular operations discussions and collaborate with internal teams to address issues, streamline workflows, and support continuity of service.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, order management, billing support, or a related business support function.• Demonstrated ability to manage invoicing, billing collection activities, and customer account documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency using Windows PC environments and business systems such as Salesforce Platform or similar CRM and workflow tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide attentive support to customers and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings with multiple active priorities.
• Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
• Experience supporting regulated or structured service environments, including familiarity with TRICARE, is preferred.
