Org Dev Consultant - Exempt
Responsibilities:
• Partner with project leaders and internal stakeholders to define change objectives, scope, and expected business outcomes.
• Evaluate how proposed initiatives may affect employees, workflows, and operational processes, and translate findings into practical action plans.
• Create and maintain structured change management strategies, including communication, engagement, and adoption activities tied to project timelines.
• Identify key stakeholder groups, assess their level of impact, and build targeted engagement approaches to strengthen alignment and support.
• Develop materials and messaging that help teams understand upcoming changes, their purpose, and the steps required for successful adoption.
• Track readiness, adoption progress, and potential risks, and provide clear updates and recommendations to leadership and governance partners.
• Work closely with PMO and cross-functional teams to coordinate change activities with broader project plans and business priorities.
• Support implementation efforts by facilitating transition activities, reinforcing accountability, and helping teams address resistance or process challenges.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation programs, or business process improvement initiatives.• Demonstrated ability to build change plans, stakeholder strategies, and communication approaches for complex projects.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across project teams, business leaders, and governance groups.
• Ability to assess organizational impact, identify risks, and recommend actions that improve adoption and readiness.
• Strong planning and timeline management capabilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to varied audiences.
• Proficiency with common business tools and project documentation practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in organizational development, human resources, business, or a related field.
Compensation
