Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to sit in Pittsburgh, PA and support high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple U.S. locations. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of manufacturing, engineering, and corporate positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring efforts forward.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Hours: Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM
Pay Rate: $32-$34/hour
Duration: Contract assignment through at least year-end
Attire: Business Casual
Parking: Nearby public garages available ($12-$15/day), with monthly parking options available
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across Pittsburgh, Boulder, CO, and Billerica, MA.
• Recruit for direct labor positions including fabrication technicians, assembly technicians, coating technicians, and similar manufacturing roles.
• Recruit for indirect labor and professional positions including quality engineers, compliance engineers, process engineers, and corporate functions such as HR, legal, accounting, and finance.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize openings, provide recruiting updates, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
• Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience while managing a high-volume workload.

• Prior full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, technical, or corporate recruiting preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable providing professional pushback and driving follow-up with hiring managers when needed.
• Experience utilizing recruiting tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Proficient in managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required prior to start.
