Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The HR Generalist will support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, recruiting support, and HRIS data management. Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Based on general knowledge.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions related to benefits programs. Based on general knowledge.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Based on general knowledge.
• Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Based on general knowledge.
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Based on general knowledge.
• Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives. Based on general knowledge.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Based on general knowledge.
• 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role. Based on general knowledge.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements. Based on general knowledge.
• Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday is a plus. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Based on general knowledge.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Based on general knowledge.
