Property Management Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant with Yardi experience to support daily office operations and assist with tenant, vendor, and property management activities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced property management environment. Based on general knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to property managers and the broader property management team. Based on general knowledge.
- Maintain tenant, lease, and vendor records with accuracy and confidentiality. Based on general knowledge.
- Use Yardi to enter, update, and track property, tenant, billing, and lease information. Based on general knowledge.
- Assist with rent rolls, invoices, work orders, service requests, and property-related documentation. Based on general knowledge.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and route issues to the appropriate team members. Based on general knowledge.
- Coordinate vendor communication, schedules, and follow-up on maintenance or service requests. Based on general knowledge.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and general office documents as needed. Based on general knowledge.
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including document collection and file maintenance. Based on general knowledge.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative, property management, or related office support experience preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- Experience using Yardi is required or strongly preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Based on general knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Based on general knowledge.
- Ability to manage confidential information and work independently. Based on general knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus. Based on general knowledge.
Compensation
