Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S

The Senior Product Manager, 3rd Party Solutions plays a key role in advancing our portfolio of third-party casualty claims solutions. Working as part of a cross-functional product team, this individual will contribute to the evolution of existing solutions while helping define future capabilities that support client, operational, and business needs. The ideal candidate combines expertise in third-party casualty claims with strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions while serving as a client-facing representative of the product organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization for 3rd Party Solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
  • Drive enhancements to existing solutions and support development of future capabilities.
  • Define and refine business requirements and collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Gather and leverage customer feedback, operational insights, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Support alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Strategy teams.
  • Participate in client-facing engagements, including customer meetings, onsite visits, presentations, and industry events.
  • Communicate solution capabilities, roadmap direction, and business value to both internal and external audiences.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in third-party casualty claims administration or related casualty claims solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience engaging with clients, customers, or external stakeholders in a professional setting.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable product recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product management, product ownership, or similar experience.
  • Experience working with third-party casualty claims technology platforms or solutions.
  • Experience developing, enhancing, or modernizing business and technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience presenting to clients in both small-group and large audience settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client and market needs into scalable solution capabilities.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $91,000 - $135,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
