What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Final Inspections: Inspect ongoing installation work against project specifications and perform final checks at the customer's request to ensure full compliance with construction standards.
Issue & Defect Management: Identify quality or safety issues, report them to the responsible team members, document non-compliance, and track corrective actions through to resolution.
Testing & Documentation: Verify that all required field testing is performed properly and accurately record test results for quality records.
Project & Schedule Support: Track installation milestones and assist management with project tasks to keep work on schedule.
Schedule Flexibility & Travel: Be available for overtime, travel, on-call assignments, and after-hours calls, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
General Operations: Handle additional task assignments as needed to support field operations.
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- One year of relevant work experience
- All offers are contingent on succesfully passing a background check and a drug test/DOT physical
Additional qualifications
- Quality control experience preferred
- Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
- Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walking, climb stairs, use keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally: work at heights, use ladder, life greater than 55 pounds
