Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members while maintaining a courteous and organized front-desk presence.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, screening inquiries, and routing calls to the correct departments or team members.
• Respond to general questions from callers and guests with clear and courteous communication.
• Maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a welcoming and organized environment for the organization.
• Support part-time front office operations by assisting with routine clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up by relaying information to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor daily call volume and help keep communication flowing smoothly throughout the office.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a part-time schedule.
• Friendly and detail-oriented interpersonal skills when interacting with visitors, staff, and callers.
Compensation
