Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities across the full hiring process, from opening requisitions through candidate onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to schedule interviews, track progress, and maintain momentum across active searches.
• Source candidates with relevant experience through multiple channels to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support corporate recruiting efforts by organizing candidate communications and ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, job postings, and hiring updates to keep searches aligned and well documented.
• Assist with talent branding initiatives that promote the organization’s employment value proposition and attract prospective candidates.
• Monitor recruiting workflows and help resolve process gaps to improve efficiency and consistency within talent acquisition operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting talent acquisition or recruiting coordination in a corporate or academic environment.• Knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, and offer support.
• Ability to source talent effectively using job boards, networking platforms, and other outreach methods.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
• Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing concepts that help strengthen candidate attraction efforts.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.
Compensation
