Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support accurate material control and stock visibility for a Contract position based in Westminster, Colorado. This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable working around assembly line operations while keeping inventory records current and organized. The ideal candidate will help maintain reliable counts, support routine audits, and contribute to efficient inventory processes across daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory movement and record stock activity to help maintain accurate on-hand balances.

• Support assembly line operations by ensuring required materials and components are available when needed.

• Perform regular asset counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded data.

• Assist with annual physical inventory activities, including preparation, counting, and documentation.

• Track incoming and outgoing items to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stock variances.

• Organize inventory storage areas to promote efficient access, identification, and control of materials.

• Investigate count differences and report issues that may affect inventory reliability or production support.

• Maintain clear inventory records and update logs, spreadsheets, or tracking systems as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory control, stockroom support, or a related warehouse or clerical function.
• Working knowledge of inventory tracking practices and physical count procedures.
• Ability to support assembly line material flow in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Familiarity with asset inventory processes and annual inventory reconciliation activities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve record discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory documentation and tracking information.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed during daily inventory tasks.

Compensation

$19.79-$22.91 Hourly
