Case Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, organized Case Manager to support attorneys and clients throughout the claims and appeals process. This role involves client communication, file management, records collection, deadline tracking, and general case support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about case status and document needs
• Maintain and update case files and case management systems
• Request and organize medical, employment, and government records
• Track deadlines, hearings, appeals, and filings
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and document gathering
• Draft routine correspondence and forms
• Follow up with clients, providers, and agencies as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 2+ years of case management, legal support, or related experience preferred
• Experience with Social Security Disability or Veterans Disability claims preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
